ohmMother Yoga is excited to offer Beginner Yoga for women looking to start (or re-start) their yoga practice.
The classes will be gentle, and informative. We will focus on the basic poses and philosophy of yoga. Each class will build from the practice explored in the previous class. By the end of the series you will have the confidence and knowledge to attend any of our regularly scheduled Women's Yoga classes.
We encourage students who are new to exercise, or just starting to exercise again after pregnancy and childbirth to attend this series. While we will take care to move safely and slowly, please let the instructor know any injuries or concerns you may be working through.
