Algonquin/Area Breastfeeding USA, a chapter of Breastfeeding USA

The mission of Breastfeeding USA is to provide evidence-based breastfeeding information and support, and to promote breastfeeding as the biological and cultural norm.

Mother-to-mother breastfeeding support meetings are hosted by accredited Breastfeeding Counselors Aimee and Beth. Our meetings are for moms who do any amount of breastfeeding. We welcome those who are having challenges, as well as moms who are not having challenges and just enjoy breastfeeding. We offer a supportive environment for mothers to ask breastfeeding questions, meet other breastfeeding mothers, and support others in their breastfeeding journeys. Meetings are always free; babies and children are always welcome. No registration necessary.

Monthly chapter meetings are open to moms of babies of all ages and take place on the second Monday of each month from 10am – 12 noon at the studio. Nursing Beyond Infancy meetings are for mothers of babies 5+ months who are interested in support for combining solids with breastfeeding, breastfeeding an older baby or toddler and beyond.
