After falling in love with yoga in college, Danielle decided to put her Master's in Education to work by sharing yoga with others. She obtained her 200-hr teacher training in 2015, and continues to deepen her knowledge and passion for yoga. Danielle is a versatile and spirited teacher. Her goal is to create a safe and upbeat practice where students can explore, be curious, and build strength on and off the mat. Danielle thrives on empowering others, and she fosters a holistic approach to personal fitness with an emphasis on the mind, body, breath connection. She believes life is about finding the balance: You'll have fun in class while also leaving with a sense of peace. During Danielle's functional-style beginner class, you may find yourself smiling, giggling, or even laughing out loud! The use of props is encouraged, and support and modifications are offered to those experiencing limited mobility. Danielle's foremost goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are.

Danielle's son keeps her busy when she isn't practicing or teaching yoga. She is passionate about healthy living and in her free time she also loves to cook and garden. Find her on Instagram @figandberries
