Essential Self Love

A Yoga and Meditation Workshop for Self Reflection, Self Acceptance and Self Love

Whether you find yourself without a romantic partner right now, or find yourself with a romantic partner but lacking that same connection with your Self - this workshop is for you.

We will have a beginner friendly, heart opening, rewarding yoga practice followed by a short meditation to promote kindness and compassion for our Selves.
