Gratitude + Yoga

6:30 - 8:30

In this two hour workshop we will use yoga and meditation to focus our minds and hearts on the many reasons we have to be grateful this season. The winter holidays often bring stress and anxiety, but by aligning with our true purpose and intention, we can remember all we have to be thankful for.

The hour long yoga practice will be for students of all levels, with modifications available for pregnancy.

The guided meditation will be simple and relaxing, even if you have never meditated before!
