Making Space: A Yoga + Meditation Workshop

It's time for a little Spring cleaning - and no, we're not talking about your closets. We're talking about your Self! What is weighing you down? What have you been carrying around all winter, or all year, or even the past few years? Don't you think it is time to let it go?

It is often said the best way to bring new experiences and opportunities into your life is to create space. Cleaning out your office, your pantry or even your camera roll can bring a subtle shift of energy to your life. For this workshop we will apply that theory to our minds, body and soul.

Liz is crafting a special yoga practice (always beginner friendly!) and meditation for our community to release what is no longer serving us physically AND emotionally.
