A Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga Workshop with Lisa Young

Vin + Yin is a class designed to help you balance your energy and quiet your mind. In the first half of this 60 minute class you will move through yoga poses, linking breath to movement to harness your energy and warm the body. We will end the second half of class in yin poses, holding stretches for 2 to 5 minutes creating a calming, meditative effect. Practicing both a Vinyasa Flow (yang) and a Yin practice promotes better mobility and strength in your joints, ligaments and deep connective tissues while also challenging your mind to stay present.
