Then join ohmMother Yoga at our beginner's workshop, Yoga: An Introduction
For this workshop we will start at the very, very beginning. We will take time to discuss what yoga actually 'is', work through the foundations of basic poses, and talk about how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life.
This workshop is for anyone: from someone who hasn't ever practiced yoga to someone looking for a refresher course. We will provide the yoga mats and props, the only things you need to bring are your curiosity and your questions!
After attending, we will be giving each participant one FREE yoga class to be used at any of ohmMother Yoga's regularly weekly scheduled classes.
